Moving Out?

As your move-out date approaches, please don't forget to update your address with all the important people and services — this includes your GP and any other healthcare providers, your TV Licence, DVLA, bank accounts, insurance providers, the electoral roll, and any store loyalty cards or subscription services you may have.

When it comes to the property itself, we ask that you leave it in the same condition as when you moved in, allowing for fair wear and tear — so please ensure it is clean, tidy, and that any items included in the inventory are still present and accounted for.
